The company decided to hold a team safety meeting to implement the safe production “Safety First, Prevention First” policy and guarantee the safety of sections and teams, while increasing all employees’ safety awareness.
As the company makes advancements in its SHE system, it has introduced advanced-safety production methods and concepts to stimulate SHE controls. Each section and each team is on the front line in the SHE battle and needs to faithfully apply SHE rules and regulations. Any SHE accidents are the result of the infringement of these regulations and expose hidden dangers. So, employees need to avoid breaking the rules and regulations. SHE-related hidden dangers need to be exposed to guarantee employee health and environmental safety.
During the safety meeting, participants pointed out unsafe acts and made proposals on correcting them. They identified more potential safety hazards and risks in operations and shared their ideas on safety-related information and experiences, and got more employees to pay attention to safety and participate in safety management. Employees need to keep safe-production in mind and observe all rules and regulations. The passive approach of "Tell me how to be safer" needs to be changed to the more active self-management of “I want safety”. The safety concept has been planted in the minds of employees so they can raise the level of safe production in our company.
